We’re looking for a School Partnerships Specialist to work directly with the Head of Partnerships to manage our school relationships. This is a dynamic role and will range from strategic work such as creating best practices docs and running NPS surveys to day-to-day account management and customer service. With your support, we aim to deliver a 10-star experience to our partner schools.

How you will help us fulfill our mission
Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships in managing the relationships across bootcamps, both big and small.
Work on high impact projects such as creating a partner admissions playbook, conducting partner NPS surveys with executives at partner schools, and creating a partner newsletter.
Own process of onboarding new partners to Career Karma and assure their data remains accurate post launch.
Provide account management and customer service to partners to ensure that partner requests are addressed in a timely manner and that the partner knows they are always top of mind for Career Karma.
Join the Head of Partnerships in calls with partners to assure execution of tasks.
Manage all invoicing, including generating invoices and accounts receivable follow-ups.

It’s awesome but not required if you’ve done any of the following:
You have prior experience working at a bootcamp, job training program, a college, or a university in admissions, recruiting, marketing, or sales capacity
You have proven experience with Relationship Management being the Customer’s Advocate and Success Champion in an Account Management, Customer Success or Customer Experience role
Have prior experience at an early stage startup
