Our Membership Coordinators are the facility and program experts responsible for helping prospective and returning members join our family! The Membership Coordinator will increase DVHC’s member pool by proactively reaching out to prospective members and scheduling facility tours, getting potential members excited about our facility features and programs, and walking them through the enrollment process.
Our Membership Coordinators receive a base hourly rate plus a generous commission! Base rate is dependent on experience and is negotiable.
Essential Job Functions:
· Serves as the first point of contact for all prospective and returning club members.
· Assesses customer needs and provides assistance as well as information on product features.
· Consistently follows up with prospective clients to achieve department’s sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
· Provides the highest level of customer service in accordance with DVHC standards.
· Follows department policies and procedures in accordance with the training provided by the Membership Director.
· Stays current on all new program offerings and capitalizes on opportunities to effectively upsell them to potential members.
· Understands and follows all policies, procedures, and standards.
· Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Membership Director.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Excellent communication skills.
· Ability to work directly with the public.
· Familiarity with computer programs.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Previous sales experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
