Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site or remote role (depending on candidate location) for a Sales Operations Specialist at Made In Nature, LLC. The Sales Operations Specialist will support the sales team by optimizing process, managing data, and ensuring the organization operates efficiently and effectively. This role will also support the CEO in broker management and will be a strong support in the sales process.
- Build, track, and manage trade/revenue sheets by customer and by distributor
- Assist the CEO with building and managing the budget
- Assist with revenue forecasting, by account, to analyze customized promotional spending
- Support promotional plan logistics and execution by retailer
- Manage communication to distributors and support broker relationships.
- Generate reports and sales data by analyzing system for current trends and opportunities.
- Assist with building data story telling for retailer decks
- Work closely with the CEO, marketing, customer services and other departments to ensure alignment on company objectives and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to team including coordinating meetings, managing calendars and processing orders.
- Participate in customer meetings with the intent to grow into a direct sales role.
- Manage and coordinate action items (internally and externally) associated with the pre and post sell-in process.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field
- Previous experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role preferred.
- 2 years’ experience as a junior sales associate within the CPG industry is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency Microsoft products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience in SPINS data is preferred.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
