Job Description

The overall mission of the Solution Architect is to determine the appropriate solutions needed to meet the needs of clients and prospects. Therefore, the Solution Architect will support the Client Success Managers, Outbound Growth Developers, and Client Concierges by advising and providing specific technical solutions in a timely manner that will address client and prospect needs. The Solution Architect must be able to comfortably work with our internal team and with c-suite level executives and business owners, as well as our resource partners, to put together an effective and comprehensive solution. Ultimately, a Solution Architect helps clients grow, while simultaneously assisting the growth of MPWRSource and its resource partners.

What are the five main responsibilities of a Solution Architect:
1. Build strong, holistic solutions that alleviate pain points. – The Solution Architect needs to be able to assess a prospect’s or client’s business and the pain points they are experiencing. After a thorough assessment and analysis, the Solution Architect must be able to build solutions for the prospect or client that will alleviate their pain points and remove their obstacles toward growth.

2. Establish strong relationships with resource partners. - The Solution Architect will be putting together solutions for prospects and solutions that will include MPWRSource services, as well as services from MPWRSource’s resource partners, also known as superhero sidekicks. The Solution Architect will need to be able to have a fundamental understanding of the resources available, as well as a strong, team focused relationship with MPWRSource’s superhero sidekicks. The Solution Architect will need to understand growth, IT, information security, cybersecurity, compliance, coaching, medical, and other services.

3. Advocate for the client. – The Solution Architect understands that the client is the center of the sphere, and the Solution Architect will build out solutions for prospects and clients that will address their pain points and help them reach their growth goals. The Solution Architect will always prioritize each prospect’s and client’s needs and growth goals.

4. The Solution Architect needs to embody MPWRSource’s core beliefs and culture, which includes putting our clients first. 5. The Solution Architect will follow our methodology of strategy then plans then people then processes then tech. Our methodology of putting strategy, plans, and people before processes and tech is the origin of our power that produces results.

What are we looking for in a Solution Architect?

  • BA\BS
  • Ideally 4+ years of experience in consulting and technical fields
  • Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • Strong problem solving and advisory skills
  • Professional presence and communication abilities
  • Bias for action
  • Passion for strategy, plans, people, processes, tools/tech
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Willing to travel

What are the goals of a Solution Architect?

  • To help facilitate a contract closure rate of at least 50%
  • To meet the response time requirements as outlined in the Sales and Service SLA

How will the Solution Architect be compensated?

  • Base Salary
  • Quarterly Bonus based on reaching quarterly goals.
