PACE Supply is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager, HVAC to join our Stockton office. In this role, you will take charge of developing and growing relationships with both new and existing clients, making a significant impact on our business. As an Account Manager, you must be self-motivated, highly organized, and possess strong communication and presentation skills. A deep understanding of the HVAC industry and its products is essential to effectively represent and sell PACE Supply’s offerings. Additionally, this role requires business acumen regarding the branch’s performance and alignment with company culture.

Responsibilities:
- Understand customers' needs and requirements by conducting on-site visits, assessing HVAC systems, and offering tailored solutions.
- Deliver effective sales presentations to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of HVAC products and services.
- Explain technical specifications, energy efficiency, cost savings, and any other relevant information to persuade customers to choose your offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Provide exceptional customer service, address any concerns or issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Regularly follow up with customers to ensure their ongoing needs are met.
- Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations for HVAC products and services.
- Work closely with internal teams to determine pricing strategies, discounts, and negotiate contracts or agreements. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of quotes to customers.
- Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals in alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and execute sales plans, strategies, and tactics to maximize sales growth and profitability.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads for HVAC products and services. This involves conducting market research, attending trade shows, networking, and building relationships with potential customers.
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance of the job would qualify.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent education required. Associate’ Degree (A.A) from a two-year college or university and four or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Two years of Plumbing/HVAC sales experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service Industry with an ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Tools.
- Candidates who thrive in a fast-paced result driven environment by meeting and exceeding all goals and targets.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and industry dynamics.
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
- Highly competitive Sales Skills with a desire to contribute to a winning team / organization.
