We are currently searching for an Inside Sales Consultant I to join our team. This person will be Responsible for creating a channel of distribution by managing designated accounts, building customer relationships, handling customer service issues and making calls to grow the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintains weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly contact with their customers in relation to their requirements and those of the employer. This includes a monthly mailer.
  • Inform customers of promotions, deals, inventory fulfillment and assist in inventory controls.
  • Keeps informed of new products and other general information pertinent to customers and the company.
  • Responsible for securing, entering and reviewing orders and for any functions necessary for servicing customer orders.
  • Actively search out prospective new customers.
  • Keep records and report on activities as required by the sales manager.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Basic knowledge of computers
  • Self motivated
