- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Call to renew existing insurance policies.
- Provide technical sales support to clients as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive business development initiatives to increase revenue
*Experience*
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions
- Experience in warm calling and building rapport with clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
