Due to continuing growth, our team is seeking an Account Manager to provide a financial concierge service to high income and high net worth clients in the entertainment industry. As the Account Manager, you will perform a variety of confidential and complex accounting and administrative duties to ensure the day-to-day needs of the clients and their families are met.

What you will do:
- Maintain books for multiple clients and perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping activities for each client
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Manage clients' accounts, track all income and prepare monthly commission reports, handle cash management, maintain financial records, and provide exceptional customer service
- Handling AP/AR, cash receipt and journal entry coding, general ledger, payroll, review financial statements, and create invoices to be sent to 3rd parties
- Reviewing bank balances and statements and approving transfers as needed
- Collaborating with team members to ensure that all tasks are accurate and completed on time
- Staying up to date with industry developments and best practices
- Daily client activities and client communication, including requests and timely follow-up on all outstanding matters.
- Contract analysis and supervision of all functions relative to cash receipts and disbursements.
- Assist is the preparation of meeting packages and attend client meetings regarding financial projections, investments, contracts, insurance analysis, and other matters as directed by management.
- Monitor credit card activity, fraud alerts, credit score issues, insurance renewals and claims.
- Assist with home and vehicle purchases, reviewing client mail, and coordinating/completing client loan applications.
- Coordinate and interact with the tax department relative to due dates, supporting documentation, etc.
What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and knowledge of accounting principles
- Must have strong knowledge and experience using QuickBooks accounting software
- Experience in a client or customer-facing role
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, sense of urgency, and ability to follow through
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost security and tact
