We're looking for ambitious and focused solution sales individuals who are great at solving customer problems to join us in building an All-Star sales team. In this role, you will have the opportunity for upward growth potential within our sales team.

As an OB7 Inside Sales Rep you will:

  • Engage people in businesses all over the US by outbound phone calling, email, & online chat
  • Educate customers about adding robot automation to their businesses
  • Follow a proven solution sales process
  • Build relationships with customers in manufacturing, production and machine shops
  • Assist with online webinars regarding company product applications
  • Generate business by helping customers to automate their businesses with our OB7
  • Learn a heck of a lot about American business along the way
  • Have the opportunity to develop and improve our sales process and help to build our team

All the while collaborating with a great team and having FUN at the same time

To excel in this role, you should:

  • Like engaging with people and helping people succeed
  • Balance listening and communicating. Sales is 2/3 listening and 1/3 talking
  • Be comfortable on the phone and speak clearly!
  • Have a strong desire to pursue a career in technical sales

Highly Desirable Experience:

  • Proven Sales of technical or complex products
  • Mechanical experience and aptitude
  • Experience in manufacturing environments or machine shops
  • CRM, Office and other online tools

In the Training Process, You Will:

  • Learn the importance of blueprinting and how to do it effectively
  • Become a master of communicating over the phone and email
  • Get coached on how to keep prospects engaged, interested and move to next step in sales process
  • Engage in one-on-one demos with OB7 to become a master of the product
  • Utilize and become acquainted with specific tools and software to supplement selling
  • Use best practices in qualifying and closing techniques
