WHO YOU ARE - CUSTOMER SUCCESS
You empathize with our customers who want to look good and feel even better for life's biggest moments. You are solution-driven and are the coordinator at every stage of the customer journey. You oversee order fulfillment and ensure all of the clients’ needs are met. Ideally, you understand e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retail. You are energetic, thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and enjoy taking on new challenges and working with cross-functional teams. You are comfortable providing customer support through several different communication channels, including email, phone, and direct messaging—answering any questions related to 9Tailors products and services. In essence, you are a self-motivated and exceptional office coordinator, and we would enjoy meeting and working with you.
- Full-time availability
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- 3+ years of work experience in customer support
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy team player
- Experience with Hubspot and CRM platforms (preferable)
- Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to occasionally lift and move 25-50 pounds of inventory
