Responsibilities
- Engage in PLACE New Agent Launch to master lead generation and prospecting scripts.
- Transform inbound sales inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Convert outbound sales opportunities into appointments.
- Assess leads to communicate motivation and financial details to sales agents.
- Oversee database and productivity reports.
- Dedicate time to skill enhancement through education and script practice.
- Develop expertise as a local real estate authority.
- Participate in weekly coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
- Record activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology.
Qualifications
You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Sales experience tracking to a quota
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and internalize scripts
- Team player
- Real estate license preferred
