Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Develop and manage a territory plan to maximize sales potential within assigned regions.
- Build relationships with businesses and organizations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead-generation initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or inside sales.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in product demonstrations and presentations is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform cold calling effectively and confidently engage potential customers.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and territory management strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
