Our Opportunity:

Chewy is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Healthcare Team based in Dania Beach, FL. This individual will be responsible for outbound sales calls, marketing the program and service, tracking of leads throughout the sales journey (all CRM related tasks), enrollment and onboarding of clinics as well as providing initial support for inbound inquiries regarding the program and service.

What You'll Do:

  • Outbound calls to vendors soliciting programs and services for Chewy Health
  • Engage in sales discussions with the clinics, advocating Chewy's programs and services – working towards daily, weekly, monthly and annual achievement targets
  • Skilled in business-to-business sales pitches and able to compel clinics to enroll
  • Track responses to outbound calls in the various stages within Chewy's CRM system, ensuring adequate follow-up to complete the enrollment
  • Onboard vendors to the program or service, tracking the progression in the various stages within Chewy's CRM system
  • Provide assistance to clients inquiring about the program or service, as well as support once the clinic has launched on the new program or service

What You'll Need:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience related to business-to-business sales
  • Proven ability to successfully pitch, negotiate and close sales in business-to-business programs
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to of manage time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams
  • Position may require travel


  • Experience in veterinary or pharmaceutical industry

Key Accountabilities  * Create customer success plans to drive growth for each account  * Support solution design and technical implementation of current desired integrations as outlined in the customer success plan. * Monitor user adoption and product utilization and create targeted programs to increase engagement and support the agency's change management process. * Build strong relationships between the Miovision product and support teams to ensure continuous resolution of ongoing operational issues as well as product deficiencies that may come up.  * Participate in regular support and health checks to ensure accounts are continuing to derive value from our solutions * Support software renewal and upselling activities  Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level * 5+ years of technical experience; must understand network products * Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients * Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills * Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support * Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues * Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
