We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Associate join our team. This would be a blended position, sharing time between Summerhill PARC and Cedar Spring PARC in North Vancouver.

About the role

  • As the Sales Associate, you guide residents through the sales cycles and as they transition to Independent Retirement Living.
  • Following the direction of our Sales Manager, you conduct tours, tour management, call management, outbound cold-call management, day-day lead and sales activities, move-in welcome facilitation, and resident sales events between the residences.
  • You build strong relationships with prospects and their families, ultimately helping PARC achieve our goal of full occupancy.
  • You will collaborate with different departments when hosting, leading and attending promotional events at each residence and with our community partners.
  • You’ll work closely with the sales cohort, participate in sales meeting and regular Sherpa training sessions.

About you

  • You’re a born communicator who can speak from the heart about the benefits of Independent retirement living.
  • You have a sales or marketing diploma or certificate and/or a minimum of 1 years’ Sales experience in the seniors living industry. Lease-up experience is considered a strong asset.
  • You deeply understand and respect the needs of seniors, their families and the professionals engaged in their care.
  • You’re a driven sales professional, with an understanding of the sales cycles who’s interested in learning and growing their skills.
  • You’re creative when “mining” prospects, keeping them engaged and overcoming objections by building trust and proposing solutions.
  • You’re proficient in Microsoft and have experience tracking data in Customer Relations Management (CRM) databases, such as Sherpa or Yardi.
  • You’re willing and excited to get out and network in the community with the organizations we sponsor.
