Medical Sales Associate
Want to break into the medical sales industry?
Description - Medical sales, medical account management, outside sales, office-based sales, private practice and employed physicians, direct patient education in-home and in-office. Trying to acquire new business and new customers. Manage work inside of physicians’ offices of current customers to oversee various medical programs, patient education, and staff education. Physicians’ offices may include orthopedic or pain management offices, physical therapy offices, chiropractic offices, and addiction treatment facilities. Sales Associate must possess problem solving skills, exceptional customer service skills, personal accountability, a high level of stress management skills, ability to be a team player, leadership skills, aggressive, persuasive, energetic, and fun loving. *RELOCATION UPON PROMOTION A REAL POSSIBILITY*
**Company HQ and Operation centers are based in the Eastern time zone, Please expect early morning encounters during the interview process and periodic early group calls and training events**
Requirements - One-year sales experience, driver’s license, reliable vehicle, smart phone, strong understanding of app based tech, Microsoft Office, Google Suite knowledge, Bachelor’s degree, back-to-back experience preferred. Candidates with medical background either through education or professional experience are highly sought. Graduates of Athletic Training, Physical Therapy Programs, or Bachelor’s Degree Programs are highly sought. Team sports background or Military service highly preferred.
Responsibilities - Cold calling, office lunches, staff product detailing, doctor product detailing, persistent follow up, attend in-state medical conferences and detail products at a sales booth, patient equipment fitting, EMR\chart navigation and prep, collect and complete necessary paperwork required for billing, coordinate patient followup and coordinate in-home delivery and pickup for our in-home division. Must be computer savvy and able to learn new and complex medical office software, sometimes without any actual training modules, but through independent learning.

Compensation- COMPENSATION: $30k base, Discretionary $20k bonus, $500 monthly car allowance, AMEX, $2500 Health Reimbursement
Promotion to Follow= Territory Manager= Uncapped Commission: Top Earners $200k+
