Job Description

A growing tire retailer is looking for a talented, energetic, creative and highly motivated Marketing and Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Plan marketing and branding objectives

· Gather and analyze customer insight

· Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.

· Engage consumers on social media

· Overview and expand Social Media

· Oversee the development of different marketing strategies and advertising Plans

· Develop and maintain existing customer accounts

· Prospect for potential clients and convert them into increased business opportunities.

· Prospect business by advertising, networking or other methods of producing interest from potential clients.

· Develop and improve local business relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing or sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle pressures and meet deadlines
  • Superior time management and organizational skills

Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 annual plus bonus based on experience
