Communo is looking for a BDR that is full of energy, passionate, curious, and loves to win. This role holds an incredibly important position at the top of the sales funnel for the entire company. As a BDR your critical communications will be our customers' very first experience with Communo so First Impressions are everything!

The Communo BDR role requires a strong business acumen, drive and perseverance, and someone who is relationship-focused. In this role you will qualify leads, be curious in mapping organizations and finding the right contacts, and be a master of in-bound and out-bound pipeline creation. This role is a great fit if you are curious about Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Relationship Sales and the world of Human Resourcing / Staffing.

Role Responsibilities

  • Cold calling, cold emailing, and several other prospecting techniques
  • Learning the product, platform features and customer key problems and solutions
  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management to problem solve and help build a resource library
  • Produce inbound and outbound opportunities from assigned book of business
  • Help Customers understand the value we can bring to their business
  • Help customers understand platform and options for upgrading
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas both inbound and outbound

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • 6 or more months of Sales Experience
  • Experience with using a CRM, ideally SalesForce
  • Experience writing and optimizing cold-calling and cold-emailing
  • Building lead lists from contacts databases
  • Embracing and implementing based off of feedback given
