About this Role:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager will supervise daily operations for SDRs aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will ensure that technology is utilized to a maximum and that SDRs are well-organized, productive, and meeting the minimum quota. An excellent SDR Manager must be an organized, reliable, and results-driven professional. You must have a practical mind to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the “big picture” and make improvements. The goal is to do everything possible to train, coach, and hire SDRs to attain sales goals and achieve growth and profitability for the company.


  • Developing objectives for the SDRs day-to-day activities to stay on pace to hit goals
  • Conducting effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of the SDR team
  • Hire, coach, and provide training to SDRs
  • Audit day-to-day activities of SDRs and conduct call reviews to provide feedback on communication notes, and completing key information on leads
  • Provide development of the SDR through motivation, coaching, and product education
  • Monitor and track individual and group performance with key performance metrics (accuracy, volume, contacts, etc.)
  • Ensure adherence to company policies for attendance and established procedures
  • Develop and keep training manuals, documents, and other SDR resources up-to-date with the latest best practices
  • Management of leads database and lead lists
  • Work together with Account Executives to ensure that SDR best practices and procedures are being followed by the SDRs and Account Executives
  • Other tasks as assigned by Manager


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or an acceptable combination of education and experiences
  • At least 3-5 years experience in management and/or leadership positions
  • Experience in customer service and sales
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, metrics, and performance evaluation
  • Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit, etc.)
  • Proficient with call center equipment, software, and CRMs
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
