Global Spare Parts Support Representative

(Inside Sales Support Representative)

Job Summary: Experienced Spare Parts Support Representative to provide exceptional customer service and sales support to maximize parts sales and customer satisfaction. Responsible for a wide range of Inside Sales and Customer Service duties, including but not limited to the review and processing of customer RFQ’s, purchase orders, customer portal data entry, review costs, establish pricing, order follow up, escalations, and part research, all in a very busy 24/7 operation. Reports to the Spare Parts Sales Support Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Administer the full cycle of a typical customer parts order, including formal quote, purchase order review, promise schedule, and follow up

· Review cost and establish selling prices per guidelines

· Work in a customer portal environment where applicable

· Assist in creating recommended spare parts list quotations for our equipment line and promote/follow up accordingly

· Review backlog report; update assigned customers on order status changes

· Escalations for tool down orders and follow up

· Create ERN’s for new parts added to system for resale parts related business

· Research valid part information based on general customer supplied information

· Provide support to other departments as required

· Integral participant in new SAP system being implement in 2021

· Serve as back-up for fellow department members

· Other duties as assigned


· 5+ years prior experience in a busy Inside Sales/Customer Service environment

· General ability to read drawings and bills of materials

· Ability to multi-task with multiple deadlines and changing priorities

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office package

· SRM experience a plus

· Willing to work overtime and work in time zones outside of normal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Key Accountabilities  * Create customer success plans to drive growth for each account  * Support solution design and technical implementation of current desired integrations as outlined in the customer success plan. * Monitor user adoption and product utilization and create targeted programs to increase engagement and support the agency's change management process. * Build strong relationships between the Miovision product and support teams to ensure continuous resolution of ongoing operational issues as well as product deficiencies that may come up.  * Participate in regular support and health checks to ensure accounts are continuing to derive value from our solutions * Support software renewal and upselling activities  Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level * 5+ years of technical experience; must understand network products * Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients * Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills * Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support * Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues * Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
