growing companies in the healthcare, nonprofit, and Software-as-a-Service (Saas) industries, to
name a few. Additionally, we work with Salesforce Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners
to build high quality, scalable, successfully security reviewed managed packages for publication
on the Salesforce AppExchange.

development, as we are an onshore firm with deeply experienced, senior consultants with an

Position
We are looking for a motivated Program and Engagement Manager to strengthen theCodery’s
delivery team. You will play a critical role in leading our teams on the engagement lifecycle,
serving as the face of theCodery to the client.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project operational processes
  • Work with Delivery and Operations leadership to establish standard project
metrics and reporting processes.
  • Identify and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity.
  • Drive project success and performance management:
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously, setting project schedules,
timelines, and priorities.
  • Conduct regular (weekly or bi-weekly) project status & review meetings with
client stakeholders and delivery team to deliver technical solutions to client
satisfaction.
  • Produce and deliver weekly status reports for clients as part of this routine.
  • Review project spend (past and forecasted).
  • Review project baseline plans and progress against these.
  • Identify, track, manage, and mitigate risks in projects for clients.
  • Provide an escalation point for clients.
  • Be “the face” of theCodery to the client, creating a positive experience for the
client throughout the entire engagement.
  • Allocate hours in budget to resources and/or tasks, working with Operations to
effectively coordinate resource planning.
  • Define ownership of project activities, if applicable, potentially including any or all
of the following.
  • Ensure operational continuity
  • Analyze current tools and practices and develop recommendations for process
and tool standardization.
  • Continually seek opportunities for process improvement by working closely with
Delivery and Operations leadership.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team for account management and to ensure client
satisfaction.
  • Assist in resource management and planning to align resources with company
initiatives, process, and methodologies.

What we are looking for...

Must-have
  • Salesforce project management and/or product development experience
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, customer service, and cross-functional
team collaboration, ideally in the consulting world
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to lead multiple engagements successfully through the entire engagement
lifecycle
  • Tolerance for ambiguous day to day tasks
  • Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
  • Strong project/program management skills
  • Strong collaborative and team building skills
  • Proven ability to provide thought leadership and knowledge transfer
  • Ability to manage multiple complex technical components of solutions delivering
business benefit
  • Proficient in multiple business systems including but not limited to:
  • Google Drive (GDocs, GSheet, GSlides, GForms)
  • Jira and Confluence
  • Salesforce Operations and Reporting

  • Experience with program and project management systems and methodologies

  • We use Slack and Zoom extensively to keep ourselves in close communication
  • We try to minimize standing meetings but as a remote company we depend on

them to stay aligned. Usually a whole-company meeting and a group specific
meeting is what you might expect beyond any client or project meetings in a
given week.

  • You have a quiet and consistent place you can work, every day, and take client
calls that are free from interruption. We know everyone has a family life but
having others talking in the background while we’re on a call with a client can
potentially be a problem.
  • We are all adults here and we expect that you manage your time as needed while
meeting your commitments, just keep your project leaders informed and we’ll make sure
schedules work out.
