FDH Aero Defense Aftermarket is looking for a Sales Associate who will be responsible for the processing and managing of daily sales and customer service tasks and will report directly to the Sales Manager assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully locating sources and fulfilling all of customer’s requirements
- Contacting sources and obtaining price, condition, and availability for each requirement
- Communicating effectively and maintaining a professional relationship with vendors and customers
- Processing sale orders and purchase orders
- Locate and obtain price, condition, and availability from sources
- Resolve Non-conforming Materials (NCM) issues
- Enter quotes and updates information into Quantum ERP system
- Process daily Request for Quotes, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and arrange shipments
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- College degree or relevant sales work experience
- One year in business professional environment (preferably in sales)
- Sales and/or marketing experience a plus, but not a requirement
- A US Person status as defined by ITAR Regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Basic Skill with computers and Microsoft Office (Includes Excel, Words, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Must be detailed oriented person with multi-task ability
Special Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
- ITAR Requirement
- 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $22.04 - $24.04 hourly
