Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will:
Be responsible for a Customer Territory and associated Sales Budget.
- Frequently visit customers or host them at IL facilities to maintain strong relationships.
- Administer to customer Supply Agreements to ensure terms are being met on both sides.
- Accountable for Pricing, VGM and MOQ and associated increases, as necessary.
- Prepare reports, tracking, customer updates for Director, executive leadership & BOD.
- Regularly update customer forecasts; help prepare Budgets during annual planning cycles.
Maintain daily contact with top customers and wholistically ensure their needs are fully met.
- Help facilitate any Customer Service, Production, R&D, Regulatory or Quality needs for customer.
- Attend regular customer R&D calls to drive new projects.
- Attend and support Customer Service with regular customer Operations calls to review OOR, Inventory, & Scheduling updates.
Grow Territory by serving as the primary contact for Qualified Prospects and providing quotes, samples, and insights to drive them toward Pilot & Commercialization.
- Attend trade shows and various industry events to promote Innovative Labs and generate leads.
- Manage a Pipeline of Opportunities in line with Targets to facilitate profitable growth.
- Diligently update CRM systems (Monday) to ensure accurate and most recent activities reflected.
- Manage all artwork according to Label SOP for pilots and 1st production runs.
- Attend Pilots and pre/post pilot calls to ensure project success.
Contribute to the team by helping achieve overall company goals and providing sales coverage when needed.
