The Sales Manager play a vital role in accelerating business growth! Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Develop tailored outreach strategies to attract and convert leads, consistently fueling the sales pipeline.
Sales Execution:
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the unique needs of prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and strive to meet or exceed monthly sales targets, bringing in substantial revenue.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, enhancing loyalty and customer satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues proactively to ensure a smooth, satisfying customer experience.
Market Insight and Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, using these insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Adjust sales strategies based on market analysis, keeping our outreach efforts fresh and effective.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, tracking progress in our CRM system.
- Prepare insightful sales reports that reveal key metrics and identify areas for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong focus on business development (manufacturing industry experience is required). Ties to selling in Aerospace or precision manufacturing withcontacts in the Front Range market is ideal.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a talent for building lasting relationships.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.(High School Diploma or GED, required)
