Job Description


Perform as part of a team that supports the requirements, design, development, test, and integration of complex, specialized hardware/software systems installed on ground and airborne ISR and communication platforms. While System Engineering/Integration skills are required, the Emphasis of this position will be on Authority To Operate (ATO) coordination with customer.

Position requires travel 20% of the time.

Job Details

  • Network configuration and security experience
  • Experience with obtaining and maintaining a government network ATO (Authorization to Operate)
  • Familiarity with government risk/vulnerability scans
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills
  • Experience working with subcontractors and US Government customers
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)



  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field (EE, ME, CS, Physics) and a minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • DoD Top Secret Clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI, requires US Citizenship
  • CompTIA Security+ certification

Strongly prefer:

  • EMASS experience
  • XACTA experience
  • Integrate and test, wideband and narrowband communication and datalinks
  • Translate requests of the customer into system level requirements
  • Write subsystem specifications based on system level requirements
  • Evaluate alternative solutions and establish preliminary system design
  • Review and evaluate electrical wiring diagrams to ensure design details trace to system requirements
  • Prepare effective presentations to communicate technical network information to non-technical professionals
  • Have experience developing, authoring, and implementing software and system test plans in a team environment

Key Accountabilities  * Create customer success plans to drive growth for each account  * Support solution design and technical implementation of current desired integrations as outlined in the customer success plan. * Monitor user adoption and product utilization and create targeted programs to increase engagement and support the agency's change management process. * Build strong relationships between the Miovision product and support teams to ensure continuous resolution of ongoing operational issues as well as product deficiencies that may come up.  * Participate in regular support and health checks to ensure accounts are continuing to derive value from our solutions * Support software renewal and upselling activities  Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level * 5+ years of technical experience; must understand network products * Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients * Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills * Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support * Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues * Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
