Job Description

Celero Commerce has an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Manager based out of our Nashville headquarters. This role is to promote sales growth among our current financial institution partners. This dynamic position requires a person with superior inter-personal skills to work with the internal team as well as external sales partners. Being able to work in a collaborative and highly motivated environment is critical. The Relationship Manager will have the responsibility to ensure our financial institution partners are highly satisfied with the superior level of service Celero delivers as well as sales growth.


  • Ensure that Celero’s financial institution partners are highly satisfied with their merchant management experience
  • Responsible to ensure that growth standards are being met through KPI reporting such as deal per branch production
  • Facilitate training of the merchant services program to financial institution partners
  • Regular, strategic check-ins with partners in order to drive growth
  • Coach partners daily to answer a wide array of questions regarding merchant processing, products, equipment and other similar questions
  • Provide a consistently positive experience to our partners when they have a question regarding their relationship with Celero
  • Achieve a strong proficiency using Celero’s business management tools
  • Provide strong, timely follow through on all questions with partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to effectively deliver Celero’s value to partners


  • Clear, timely and concise communication via both phone and email to partners
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems to find answers to Celero partner questions
  • Maintain organization and follow tasks to completion
  • Experience in merchant services sales industry required
  • Task oriented with an ability to handle a heavy service request volume
  • Ability to properly diffuse an escalated call
  • Goal oriented and have great attention to detail with the ability to meet and surpass daily, monthly and annual quotas and goals is a must!
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and growing environment
  • Travel to partner locations throughout the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year
