Description :
ePropelled is the leader in magnetic engineering innovations that dramatically improve electric motor and generator efficiency for propulsion applications such as aviation, aerospace, and electric vehicles.

We are searching for an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Support Coordinator. This individual will be an integral resource to organize and support our global sales teams as we add more resellers to our external sales team. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level individual who has exceptional organizational and communication skills, or someone with some previous experience in a similar role. This individual will not be selling directly, but will be the point person for our sales department, and will collaborate with other departments as well.
Responsibilities :
  • Provide sales support to inside and outside sales management and resellers
  • Coordinate sales meetings with customers and internal teams
  • Maintain records; organize and facilitate the NDA process
  • Generate quotes and build a customer database using existing software (NetSuite/HubSpot) and MS Excel
  • Coordinate and assist in facilitating RFP/RFQs
  • Act as a liaison for the sales team and internal departments (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing, Engineering)
  • Customer account management, handling sales inquiries, managing support issues
  • Identifying and allocating Sales Leads from marketing
  • Managing customer orders/assisting with the shipping process
  • Attend US trade shows as necessary
  • Maintain Customer Databases
  • Assist in facilitation of QMS/ISO sales processes
Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with an air of confidence
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Customer account management skills a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
  • A willingness to help, an eagerness to learn about our products and team
  • NetSuite/HubSpot system experience a plus
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities
