  • Acquérir de l’expertise de la marque ainsi que de la ligne de produits
  • Revoir les données historiques des ventes, créer les commandes recommandées par le client, étudier la base du client existent
  • Volumes potentiels et identification des perspectives et opportunités
  • Planifier et organiser l’horaire de travail journalier; appeler les nouveaux ainsi que les clients existants; poursuivre les opportunités
  • Gérer et exécuter les campagnes des ventes par téléphone ou courriel; appels froids et l’identification des clients potentiels
  • Écouter et faire un rapport sur les besoins des clients; fournir des solutions/suggestions par téléphone/courriel
  • Répondre aux appels entrants ainsi qu’aux courriels; fournir du support au traitement des commandes
  • Aider à la création de formulaires de commandes, de bons de commandes, de rapports des ventes ainsi que de confirmations de commandes
  • Traiter et envoyer les rapports d’inventaire à une variété de clients
  • Compléter la base de données sur les opportunités de vente, communiquer les horaires de voyage, les rapports d’appels journaliers, les plans de travail hebdomadaires ainsi que les prévisions de manière ponctuelle
  • Commercer et lancer les 4 saisons avec l’équipe de la vente en gros et créer un fort assortiment adapté au marché du Ouest canadien
  • Contacter tous les clients pour des rendez-vous
  • Aider les clients à sélectionner une collection spécialisée pour leur magasin

Vous devrez avoir:

  • Expérience passée dans un environnement de la vente en gros
  • Attrait et enthousiasme pour le domaine de la mode avec solide expérience avec la vente gros et fort connaissance avec la clientèle au Québec et dans le Ouest canadien
  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans les ventes
  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience de travail démontrée à travailler avec MS Excel et la Suite MS Office
  • Souci au détail et capacités à travailler avec des données numériques, ayant l’habileté à analyser / résumer des données et à faire des recommandations stratégiques basées sur ces données
  • Facilité inhérente et enthousiasme pour les interactions professionnelles avec les clients
  • Capacités supérieures de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, avec une personnalité enthousiaste
  • Maîtrise de la langue française

Who You Are:

Michael Kors is looking for a Sales Representative who will help to identify opportunities and drive business in the Western Canada region. Strong time management, organizational, interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment are a must.

What You’ll Do:

  • Gain expertise in the brand and product line.
  • Review historic sales data, create recommended orders by customer; study existing client base
  • potential volumes and identify additional prospects and opportunities
  • Plan and organize daily work schedule; call new and existing clients; pursue opportunities
  • Manage and execute sales campaigns via phone and email; cold calls and lead generation
  • Listen to and report on customer needs; provide solutions/ suggestions via phone/email
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails; provide support with order processing
  • Assist with creation of order forms, purchase orders, sales reports and order confirmations
  • Process and send inventory reports to a variety of clients
  • Complete a sales opportunities database, communicate travel schedules, daily call reports, weekly work plans, and sales forecasts in a timely manner
  • Merchandise and launch 4 seasons with wholesale team, and create a strong assortment geared to the Western market
  • Contact all customers for appointments
  • Help customers select a specialized collection for their store

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Prior experience in wholesale sales environment
  • Fashion enthusiast with strong wholesale experience and customer base in Quebec and Western Canada
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience working with MS Excel, MS Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and numerical proficiency, with an ability to analyze / summarize data and make strategic, data-based recommendations
  • An inherent ease and excitement in interacting professionally with customers
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and enthusiastic personality
  • French language proficiency
