In this role, you will have ownership of:
Co-Lead group strategy development with Operating Company Leadership team
Help build worldwide teams and organizations to win
Product Management - Manage entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities including but not limited to the following:
Seek new market opportunities by leveraging the company’s distinctive competence
Work with development, sales, and customer success teams to convert market requirements into products that meet standards of current/prospective clients
Create and maintain the business plans including pricing
Product Marketing - The creation and implementation of go-to market strategy for products and product mapping
Create, manage, coordinate and execute all marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that meet and exceed company expectations
Develop unique value propositions, business partnerships, category management, as well as call to action-oriented advertising targeted toward key customer segments that increase brand awareness
Foster high-level contacts and relationships at customers, as well as provide sales support on other major accounts to help deliver business goals
Branding & Marketing Communications
Maintain and develop compelling brand strategies, including ensuring relevance of brand messaging, company vision as well as materials and events that support awareness and preference of brand and products
Develop and execute a digital media strategy to include website, digital campaigns, SEO, PPC, etc. to optimize digital presence, MQL and SQL lead conversions
Optimize channel support to include distribution marketing, programs and distributors, and contractor training strategy and media content
On your first day, we’ll expect that you’ll have:
A proven ability to create and drive marketing and product strategy while being a hands-on leader resulting in growth across both new and established product lines in the industrial space
A high level of product expertise with the ability to lead and support a product management teams to increase sales of multiple products in multiple sales channels
Customer focus with demonstrated use of VOC to understand customer/market needs
Proven leadership skills in building a high-growth and innovative commercial organization and supporting best practice, data-driven processes such as segmentation, digital marketing, and daily operating cadence
Gain experience on a variety of products across diverse regions to challenge and develop your skills
