Location: Tempe, AZ | Hiawatha, IA or US Remote

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Colorado, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

The Marketing Manager - Customer Success Campaigns will develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to help GoDaddy customers with onboarding of new products and drive continued engagement. This role will support the Senior Manager, Customer Marketing and partner with key stakeholders throughout the organization including; product marketing managers, channel marketers, creative, and business analytics to collaboratively create and execute marketing campaigns to support the overall strategy.

What you'll get to do...

  • Drive the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Email, outbound sales, SMS, and others). Includes working with internal partners to define marketing asks, collaborating with internal teams to execute each campaign, and reporting of results.
  • Join forces with writers, designers and channel teams to conceptualize, test, and build campaigns that drive customer success and align to the customer journey.
  • Ensure campaign deliverables align with messaging and strategy set forth by Customer Marketing Director and partners.
  • Measure campaign results by clearly defining campaign goals, key performance indicators, and working closely with our analytics team to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Continually look for campaign optimizations through data analysis and customer insights.
  • Support and share standard methodologies with cross-functional teams.
  • Run a slate of special projects designed to track progress, improve customer experience, identify gaps, and detail the customer journey.

Your experience should include...

  • Driving end-to-end marketing campaigns through multiple channels
  • Experience with campaign execution and experimentation
  • Ability to build & maintain strong internal relationships with key stakeholders in order to collaborate and drive the overall business.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to draw out insights and make data driven decisions with “test & learn” mentality.
  • Experience with web and customer analytics
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • 5+ years in marketing
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using JIRA, Tableau, Confluence, SharePoint a plus.
