Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a Go-To-Market plan for Western Canada territory and perform new business development activities
  • Manage customer accounts and drive client servicing activities
  • Assess value proposition, competitive differentiation and positioning to ensure the strongest competitive advantage for the organization.
  • Lead deal qualification, pursuit strategy, proposal and contract preparation, negotiation and deal closure activities
  • Own responsibility for the assigned territory / accounts and create rapid top-line growth to meet revenue and profitability targets
  • Develop strong understanding of the company services and competitive strategies
  • Collaborate with executive management, practice leadership and delivery teams on an ongoing basis
  • Engage with ISV partners and drive joint pursuits through consultative selling and differentiation
  • Create sales strategies and tactics including ABM, lead generation and account mining
  • Participate in periodic cadence and review meetings
  • Log meetings and sales activities in the CRM system

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Passionate and interested in understanding core customer objectives and requirements, and motivated to help customers achieve their objectives
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills is a must - with an ability to summarize and convey key insights
  • Consistent performance in achieving quarterly/annual targets through relationship selling and strategic account management
  • Ability to build and nurture long lasting customer relationships
  • Consulting Services Sales experience (6 - 10 yrs. min) across various industries and verticals
  • Good understanding of the Canada market and established relationships in the region
  • Solid understanding of business applications, preferably in 2 or more areas: ERP, CRM, Analytics, Service Management, Integrations and Cloud IaaS.
  • Strong affinity to follow corporate processes and capture activities : Salesforce CRM, Sales methodologies

The Account Executive, Employer Programs is responsible for finding great companies who are seeking to grow their sales teams, and filling that gap with our employer programs. In this role you’ll:  * Run outbound business development motions to find new hiring companies that we can support through all channels (phone, email, social, events, etc) * Following up on, and qualify inbound leads * Actively maintaining Hubspot CRM with activities, prospect intelligence, sales pipeline planning, and tasks * Follow a sales process to find best-fit clients that we will be most successful supporting * Negotiate and manage the contracting process with enterprise clients * Achieving agreed sales goals, and review pipeline regularly with leadership * Support smooth transition of clients from pre-sales to post-sales support with other stakeholders at Uvaro.  * Be an outspoken and outstanding steward of the Uvaro brand and reputation.  In the first six months you’ll: * Build a pipeline of employer partners with sales-related hiring needs across our portfolio of employer products * Win new customers and grow relationships with existing customers * Confidently tell the Uvaro career services story, and understand the tech sales employment crisis What we’re looking for: * Organized and methodical.
