Job Description

Sunny Health and Fitness is a leading supplier of high-quality health and fitness products. The Amazon Account Specialist is responsible for managing the B to B online business focused on Amazon and other strategic customers and driving the growth of the assigned accounts, in line with the agreed company strategy.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop Amazon online Vendor business strategy in collaboration with the Sales Manager and marketing department.
  • Build relationships with key players on the Amazon account team.
  • Manage and maintain strategies on Amazon Vendor Central to meet growth objectives.
  • Manage daily listing maintenance, content descriptions, content optimization.
  • Track weekly marketplace performance metrics and implement strategy to improve them.
  • Analyze performance and impact of digital marketing and merchandising investments with Amazon account to determine customer impact and ROI (for both online and in-store purchases).
  • Leverage Amazon Retail Analytics and other retailer ecommerce analytics platforms to derive key business insights and grow e-commerce business.
  • Proactively identify conversion breakdowns on Amazon by analyzing clickstream data and purchase funnel metrics.
  • Use proprietary software to manage the listings, reporting and optimization of products listed within Amazon, and assigned.
  • Optimize marketplace listings, keywords, titles, categories, and descriptions, implement changes and updates to product descriptions for our top performing products.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, E-commerce, or a related field of study.
  • 2+ years’ experience Seller Central/ Vendor Central.
  • Proven experience in e-Commerce industry.
  • Knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon), experience B to B experience.
  • Experience successfully managing online marketplaces such as Amazon. Must be a self-starter and decision maker that is fully committed and understand how to best the competition and increase sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to plan strategically, and to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel.
  • Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others.
  • Experience with product listings, data feeds and web analytics is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Requirements (What we look for in candidates): Must-haves: - 4-8 years of work experience in any customer-facing sales role. - Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. - Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. - Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. - Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers. - Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven. - Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively. - Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
