About Us:
Filos Health Laboratory is a CLIA and COLA accredited clinical diagnostic lab committed to providing precision diagnostic solutions to patients and healthcare providers. Serving the DFW area since 2018 as mobile phlebotomy, we are now poised for growth and looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Account and Sales Representative.

Job Overview:
As an Account and Sales Representative at Filos Health Laboratory, you will play a key role in driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, and expanding our market presence. Your focus will be on securing new business and ensuring excellent customer service to existing clients, with the opportunity for growth and commission-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage new clients in the healthcare sector, including physicians, clinics, and hospitals.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Educate potential clients on our diagnostic services and how they can benefit their practices and patients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the lab, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure Filos Health Laboratory remains competitive.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve sales strategies and optimize client experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
