Sales Development Representative

AnovaWorks has 24 clinics in central and southeastern Washington.
Join us as our Sales Development Representative, if you want to make a difference at an innovative company poised for growth! As an SDR at AnovaWorks you'll be responsible for data mining, prospecting and warming leads before passing them to our Account Executives. Candidates that are hired and become top performers get advancement opportunities and eventually move up to the Account Executive team or become Customer Success Managers.
Things you’ll do in this position:
· Manage prospecting status, data integrity and opportunity creation in HubSpot
· Develop opportunities for the Account Executives from prospecting and marketing-generated leads
· Interact with prospects via telephone, email and social media using your great communication skills and high attention to detail
· Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives and meet monthly KPI’s
· Track relevant qualification and lead management activity using HubSpot
· Quickly learn the Legwork product and effectively communicate our value proposition
· Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts
· Disseminate opportunities to appropriate Account Executive
What we will be looking for from you as you join our team:
· 2-3 years of proven excellence in business development or inside sales
· Experience in SaaS sales development
· Experience using HubSpot or comparable CRM

· Experience in the medical / healthcare industry a plus
· Strong understanding of SDR and lead development best practices and procedures
· Great communication and listening skills
· Ability to work independently with limited processes
· 100% reliable, detail-oriented with a drive to execute flawlessly
· Drive, Grit, Determination, Teamwork and a strong desire to compete and close deals
