Perfection Auto Paint Sales Representative (Axalta Products)

Job Description

Position Summary:

As an Axalta Sales Representative at Perfection Auto Paint, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our Axalta product line that includes Cromax pro, Spies Hecker, Duxone within a designated market area. This position is essential for expanding our customer base, maintaining current accounts, and supporting various sales promotions to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Account Acquisition

• Actively seek out and acquire new accounts, targeting auto body shops, dealerships, and other automotive industry clients within the assigned territory.
• Develop tailored sales strategies to meet the needs of new and prospective clients, focusing on introducing them to Axalta’s products.

2. Account Management and Retention

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and ongoing use of Axalta products.
• Provide regular follow-up, product updates, and personalized service to encourage customer loyalty and account retention.

3. Post-Sales Support

• Offer comprehensive post-sales support, addressing any customer inquiries, technical issues, or product concerns.
• Work closely with clients to troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, and ensure they are maximizing the benefits of Axalta products.

4. Sales Promotions and Product Training

• Lead and support sales promotions, driving product awareness and increasing sales within your territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers, highlighting the advantages of Axalta products and ensuring clients are well-informed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior sales experience in the automotive paint industry; familiarity with Axalta products is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Motivation: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to exceed sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,200.00 - $76,800.00 per year
