Job Description

The Reserve at Red Run in Madison Heights is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager for our community. This position is responsible for lead flow and business development at the community. The Sales and Marketing Mangers manages census through building new and maintaining relationships with referral sources in the community. Referral sources include but are not limited to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior centers, and physician offices. The manager meets with the prospective resident and family members to work through the tour, lease and move in process. This individual has to work closely with all leaders in the building to ensure a positive experience for The Reserve at Red Run referral sources as well as prospective families and residents. The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for data input into Customer Relation Management (CRM) system.

Marketer responsibilities:
  • Explain Independent Senior Living to potential residents, referral sources and community partners
  • Relationship management (between home health agencies, DME, discharge planners, Social Services, etc.).
  • Plan and coordinate quarterly marketing plan to include sales metrics, referral source analysis and event planning
  • Work with Regional team to develop marketing material
  • Anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Understand competitors in the area
  • Have knowledge of the demographic area of the community
  • Have a dependable vehicle

  • Able to adapt to Customer Relations Management (CRM) system and utilize daily
