Job Description


The Credit Consultant will play a fundamental role in achieving sales growth and revenue growth options. The Credit Consultant must be able to handle high call volume and convert leads into clients through different MoneySolver sales techniques. The position requires an employee to be able to perform all functions necessary to successfully complete a sales job.


  • Handling inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Proactively follow up on open contracts and perspective clients
  • Managing an active task list of clients daily
  • Maintaining a closing rate of at least 40%
  • Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate via phone and email with clients
  • Ability to display empathy when dealing with clients
  • Respond to and resolve client and/or field inquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide regular quality contact with clients throughout case process
  • Ensure compliance with credit standards and ethics
  • Assist with Special Projects – on an as needed basis


  • Minimum education is High School Diploma
  • Proficiency with the MS Office Applications
  • 2+ Years of Sales experience, preferably at least one in Call Center or phone setting and focusing on services or 1 years of experience in the credit services field
