The vision of the Trintech Customer Success organization is to deliver measurable value to our customers by engaging with them to achieve their desired objectives. As Senior Manager, Software Value Optimization, you will serve as a subject matter expert to advise Trintech Customers on gaps in usage, improved business processes and configuration, best practices, additional integration, and upgrades to improve the overall customer experience. You must be a self-starter, comfortable working directly with customers, possess exceptional organizational skills, capable of finding simple answers through data analysis, and thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment. The Sr. Manager, Software Value Optimization will work with customers to evaluate their current processes, assess recurring or significant issues, analyze application performance and current configuration. Armed with this data, you will partner with our customers to identify their strategic goals as it pertains to the Trintech solution set and execute customer success initiatives to help them be successful. You serve as an advocate and voice of the customer by identifying current issues and trends across the customer base and optimizing opportunities to understand and act on customer needs. You will advise Trintech counterparts in the development of new offerings to address these issues with a focus on customer centricity. Collaborate with cross functional groups on major on-going initiatives and quick wins to improve the customer experience.


  • Work collaboratively with customers to assess current usage, issues and goals and translate their objectives into business reality through the effective use and increased adoption of their Trintech solutions.
  • Drive customer adoption & awareness of Trintech solutions through education and sharing best practices
  • Help customers overcome obstacles and navigate more efficiently within their Trintech solutions
  • Advocate customer needs and issues cross-departmentally and to senior leadership
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop strategies to address any obstacles limiting adoption or creating renewal risk
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation by finding new and better ways of doing things: identify, create, and employ innovative approaches to improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up to date on new features and functionality of the Trintech product portfolio and related offerings to maintain an understanding of customers’ evolving needs and translate them into added value usage.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the product Training team on webinars, training courses, and product demonstrations for customers and internal resources
  • Increase customer sentiment, advocacy, and retention
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/IT, CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in consulting role in finance or software environments where technology is leveraged as an asset to drive culture, quality, and velocity.
  • Excellent problem solving, organization, project management, time management and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
  • Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation into enterprise applications
  • Willingness to ‘roll up one’s sleeves’ and assist wherever needed
  • Ability to prioritize work in a way that impacts customers and their success the most
  • Ability to work independently and to deliver on detail as well as strategy
  • Team player who will collaborate to continue improving the way Trintech serves its customers
  • Willingness to travel periodically as required by management and customers

Requirements (What we look for in candidates): Must-haves: - 4-8 years of work experience in any customer-facing sales role. - Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. - Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. - Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. - Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers. - Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven. - Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively. - Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
