Job Description

Crittenden Partners, with 30-years experience in magazine publishing and 40+ years in hosting conferences, is looking for a advertising salesperson to help grow our brands in print, digital and live events.

This is an entry-level opportunity where you can learn from seasoned professionals and build a client base that will grow your compensation year-after-year. You provide a can-do, work-hard attitude and we will provide the training you need to be a high-performing salesperson.

Our B2B brands, in golf business and real estate, have great growth potential and are highly respected. While travel to our conferences and industry shows is required, this mostly an inside sales position, located in our close-knit Idaho Falls office, with 14 employees. This affordable market is close to outdoor sports like skiing, boating, hiking, etc.

You will be given existing clients and be expected to win new clients. The position is commission based plus bonuses and a guaranteed minimum draw.

We are advertising two positions - a remote position that requires 5 years of sales experience and this position in our office for entry-level candidates. When applying make it clear which you are applying for, and please do not apply for both.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Key Accountabilities  * Create customer success plans to drive growth for each account  * Support solution design and technical implementation of current desired integrations as outlined in the customer success plan. * Monitor user adoption and product utilization and create targeted programs to increase engagement and support the agency's change management process. * Build strong relationships between the Miovision product and support teams to ensure continuous resolution of ongoing operational issues as well as product deficiencies that may come up.  * Participate in regular support and health checks to ensure accounts are continuing to derive value from our solutions * Support software renewal and upselling activities  Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level * 5+ years of technical experience; must understand network products * Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients * Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills * Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support * Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues * Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
