This is a remote role. No travel is required.

The nation's leader in litigation support services with over 75 offices across the US is looking for an Inside Sales Director to lead their successful inside sales team.

Inside Sales Director Job Duties:

  • Hire, develop and manage an inside sales team to meet the revenue goals
  • Evaluate the market and adjust sales strategy to meet competitive market conditions
  • Direct sales forecasting and set performance goals
  • Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to foster sales team effectiveness
  • Review and analyze sales reporting to manage sales team performance and maximize market opportunities
  • Address performance issues
  • Coordinate collaboration with other sales related units
  • Standard managerial duties including time and expense management, policy/procedure adherence, and other duties

Inside Sales Director Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently (remote)
  • 5-7 years of successful sales management experience
  • Progressive management experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • MS Office and Salesforce proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year

This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - The proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
