Position Summary: FAMCE is looking for an energetic Account Executive to join our growing business development team. I the right candidate will have both written and spoken communication skills required to maintain client relationships after the initial sales cycle has closed.

· Conduct weekly follow ups with established vendors via e-mail and phone

· Process vendor requests for purchase orders, payment updates, and settlement reporting

· Support company business development representatives and executive management

· Update progress tracking reports

· Manage additional vendor accounts when needed

· Multi-tasking on a daily basis

Education/Experience:

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:

No skills needed.

Reasoning Ability:

Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills:

Basic word processing skills are necessary

Basic spreadsheet manipulation skills necessary

Basic email skills necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
