Job Description

The Program Support Administrator, as part of the Account Management team, performs a wide variety of administrative and program support tasks relating to contracts and deliverables.

Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Performs a variety of general administrative support functions such as scheduling meetings, booking travel, submitting expense reports, document/file management,etc. - Provides general office support including answering phones, postage machine management, office supply ordering, and other tasks in support of the daily operation of the office. - Reviews and answers correspondence and inquiries related to contracts and deliverables. - Assists with preparation of program related documentation including invoicing, client reports, and case management activities. - Assists in research assignments as directed. - Collects, assembles, and organizes data to support internal and external reporting requests. -

Required Function 2:Required Skills: - Familiar with professional standard concepts, practices, and procedures within department to plan and accomplish goals. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. - Positive work attitude; takes ownership of projects and their results. - Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills. -

Required Education/Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred - 1+ year experience in an administrative support capacity

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
