Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and self-driven Sales Representatives to join our team at our new Salt Lake City location. This role is an exceptional opportunity for someone seeking growth in a dynamic, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will craft and implement strategies to meet sales goals, build lasting relationships with clients, and unlock substantial earning potential. Strong communication skills, professionalism over the phone, and the ability to navigate challenging conversations with tact and diplomacy are essential.

About the Role

As a sales representative, you will promote our wide range of modular homes to clients nationwide. We provide daily qualified leads through our website, giving you immediate opportunities to engage with interested buyers. Your main responsibility is to consult with clients, understand their home-building needs, answer questions, set pricing, prepare contracts, and guide them in selecting their perfect home.

Compensation

This position is commission-based only, with no base pay. Potential earnings range from $3,000 to $18,000+ per sale on high-ticket homes priced between $30,000 and $180,000. With daily warm leads and uncapped commissions, your earning potential is limitless.

Responsibilities

- Engage with clients via calls, emails, and text messages, and provide follow-up.

- Guide clients through the sales process, addressing questions about financing, product options, pricing, and availability.

- Determine pricing for quotes and negotiate terms.

- Prepare and submit sales contracts.

- Obtain deposits and final payments.

- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

- Maintain accurate client records and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a sales representative.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and basic graphic applications (Paint or Photoshop is a plus).

- Strong relationship-building and professional communication skills.

- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled in negotiation.

- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.

- Openness to feedback and dedication to relationship management.

Start Date

We are looking for someone to begin on Wednesday, May 1.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month

  • 8 hour shift
