Job Description
- Maintain and master the client database (Salesforce CRM) for sales and marketing purposes
- Keeping Universe’s management informed by maintaining accurate records within Salesforce.com
- Update lead scoring and prospect interaction in salesforce.com to ensure efficient lead management
- Daily use of sales enablement tools including but not limited to Salesforce.com, Discover.org Gmail, LinkedIn, Insidesales.com
- Enter 100% of all Lead contacts and on-going activities into CRM
- Be on the "front-lines", relay any information that may be of value to the team be it best practices, new features, competitive pressures
- Identify, qualify, acquire and grow relationships with prospective clients
- Execute outbound revenue generation activities including webinars, calling and email campaigns
- Convert qualified leads within your territory developed through marketing initiatives
- Turn prospects into qualified leads by educating prospective clients, with varying technical abilities, on the merits of Lumi’s mobile solutions
