Position Overview

As a part of Autodesk’s Customer Success team, you will advise professionals in the Design and Manufacturing industries how to stay ahead of the game within an ever-shifting business climate by combining your industry domain expertise with comprehensive technical knowledge of the Fusion Platform.

In turn, you will help drive long-term success by executing services to accelerate customer business goals and drive adoption. This includes improving business processes, maximizing technology investment, and demonstrating the benefits of process change.

Location: GPS Office – Boston, Novi, San Francisco, Portland

Responsibilities

  • Establish Customer Success plans & execute adoption strategies to expand the number of users using our Fusion 360 platform

  • Create strategies with internal teams to drive Fusion Adoption within strategic accounts

  • Develop innovative ways to engage with customers and drive adoption

  • Facilitate regular customer meetings, events, and training (internal & external)

  • Demonstrate proposed solutions & product overviews and relate them to the customer’s business issues

  • Develop and conduct professional presentations & demonstrations, and lead adoption discussions with customers to generate scalability of Autodesk solutions

  • Support internal teams by creating and demonstrate adoption content

  • Provide feedback to the product, strategy, and marketing teams on Fusion 360 based on customer’s business requirements

  • Provide a Voice of the Customer back to internal groups to provide valuable customer feedback and experience

  • Distribute regular updates and progress reports to internal Autodesk account teams. Drive direct opportunities and provide leads to internal Autodesk sales teams

  • Partner with the marketing team to run/attend events in line with company growth strategies

  • Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement

  • Develop use cases based on customer input to drive the demand of the technology

  • Act as an evangelist to determine to position and finding relevant forums to increase awareness of Fusion 360

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree relevant to the Manufacturing industry and/or computer science

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Design to Manufacturing workflows and Manufacturing solutions

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as account management, customer support, product management, and/or Technical S ales

  • Willing to domestically travel

  • Proficiency with Fusion 360, Inventor, SOLIDWORKS or Creo in a production environment

  • Experience programming and running CNC Machine tools is a plus

  • Additional knowledge of products related to Surfacing, Finite Element Analysis, and Additive Manufacturing is a plus
