RESPONSIBILITIES

  • We are looking for inspired team members who want to actively contribute and build the company culture.
  • Be a Team Player with focus on company goals.
  • Identify and qualify potential new accounts on a daily basis as per sales teams' weekly goals.
  • Develop sales relationships with new accounts via email, call, and in-person.
  • Update accounts with any new product(s) as they are released.
  • Educate accounts on products through provided marketing materials and in-store educational demos. Marketing collateral should continuously be distributed throughout the territory.
  • Instore PADs and budtender trainings
  • Watch and report sales trends as they affect company brand.
  • Update CRM with client interactions, samples, and/or order deliveries as needed.
  • Actively communicate with other team members and provide assistance as needed, including but not limited to packaging, processing, training, and social media.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Passionate about cannabis with an understanding of its many benefits.
  • Clean Driving Record.
  • Must have own vehicle.
  • Independent/outbound sales with daily reporting to corporate office.
  • MUST HAVE previous sales experience in the cannabis space (accounts a plus)
  • Ability to be mobile on the road.
  • Experienced in relationship-based selling.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word.
  • Experience with CRM Management is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales Experience: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
