Job Description
We are a family-owned insurance brokerage looking for a seasoned (minimum 3 years) Commercial Lines Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to manage all aspects of a book of business from new business to renewal business, processing of endorsements, and cross-selling. They will be relationship-focused and results-driven. The right candidate will have strong communication skills and will be very organized.
Experience with AMS360 and/or bilingual are a plus
Familiarity with Contractors, Habitational, and E&S markets are a plus
Must have valid Property & Casualty License
Daily duties include:
Complete applications per Agent’s underwriting information
Contact customer for additional information
Order Loss Runs
Complete supplemental applications
Send submission to brokerage/companies
Follow-up on submissions
Upon receipt of quote, review with Agent (if necessary)
Bind order to carrier
Invoice premium & send to insured with binder
Review policies and forward to insured
Process policy changes
Process Certificates of Insurance
Process Audits
Handle all calls/emails from insured and underwriter (work with Agent as needed)

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
