Primary Responsibilities
1. Serve as the SPOC for all business matters at the Niagara Bottling Diamond Bar, CA site (orders, shipments, quality matters, new projects, inventory management, etc.)
2.Work closely on a daily basis with MCC customer service teams to make sure customer’s expectations are met. Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel at site including Replenishment, Quality, Plant Managers, Operations, Quality, Finance, etc.
3. Meet daily with MCC planning team regarding all future present and future demands along with coordinating a review and recommendation on the ordering of the necessary raw materials to accommodate Niagara’s label demand.
4. Manage inventory and ODIF (On Date In Full) levels with Niagara’s Planning Team and develop action plans for improvement.
5. Reporting out on Performance Metrics (ODIF & Backlog Levels) weekly.
6. Participate in MCC-Niagara Bottling Team Calls/Meetings.
7. Manage inventory of items impacted by copy changes. Monitor safety stock levels, and maintain spreadsheets for label transition including inventory, usage and conversion date.
8.Management by Walking Around (MWBA) in customer’s operations to observe manufacturing lines, quality, shipping, receiving, etc., to stay updated on Niagara’s business. Interact with employees to review reported and unreported problems and identify opportunities to improve our products and service.
9. Responsible for working with MCC Operations Team on aligning capacities to order volumes/forecast.
10. Financial: Complete all activities within the approved expense budget.
11. Metrics: Achieve corporate goals and objectives while satisfying expectations of customer.
12. Safety: Follow all safety protocols at customer site and satisfy MCC’s safety expectations
13. Continuous Improvement: Support a culture of relentless pursuit of continuous improvement, including contributing to and supporting operations, new business, product and application development as well as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
14.Values: Conduct duties while modeling the corporate values and principles of MCC.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSA's)
Computer Skills
Literate in Microsoft Office or equivalent

3 - 5 years relevant industry experience and proven technical ability.
