Our Verizon Sales Representatives are the core of leadership at OMI, Inc. You will provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching in order for each team member to perform at their highest potential. We believe in a lead-from-the-front approach. Verizon Sales Representatives are expected to start entry-level and build the skills and experience necessary to effectively guide our team to success.
We seek highly effective Verizon Sales Representatives who contribute innovative ideas, delivering strategic sales plans to achieve profitability goals set by the company. Our Verizon Sales Representatives demonstrate exceptional relationship building skills and unwavering desire to put a smile on every customer's face. Verizon Sales Representative takes pride in our ability to build a team of highly proficient business professionals by offering specialized skills training, and one-on-one mentorship.
Day to day of Verizon Sales Representative:
- Educate customers on our range of telecom services including TV, phone, and internet packages
- Customize service packages to align with customers' specific needs and budget constraints
- Be an outstanding example of the brand we represent through the use of direct communication and follow-up, a high level of professionalism, and genuinely wanting to help others
- Gain an understanding of entry-level sales processes and concepts
- Assist in generating revenue by collaborating with the Sales Representative team to identify and boost individual talents
- Ensure efficient implementation of systems and processes used by the sales team to comply with client operating policies
- Maintain the integrity of the company by handling customer complaints and concerns with empathy while complying with company policy
- Support quality assurance by analyzing customer feedback and reporting to upper management
Verizon Sales Representative Requirements:
- Sales, customer support, client facing or similar industry experience
- Proven ability to motivate, influence, and inspire team members
- Full-time availability
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- High level of emotional intelligence and empathy when interacting with customers
- Learning Agility- on-the-spot flexibility, adapting to new challenges
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
