What you'll be doing:

Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, this is an incredible opportunity to operationalize processes and technology across a unified Marketing and Sales team. The Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for preparing, manipulating and analyzing reports and dashboards. You'll act as the primary HubSpot admin (ensuring effective usage and maintenance), as well as lead oversite across the Martech stack. As the first hire in this role, you'll play a pivotal part in Forma.ai's expansion efforts and go-to-market strategies.

What we're looking for:

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in marketing and sales analytics
  • Deep understanding and experience with HubSpot and Excel
  • Demonstrable knowledge of operations structures including forecasting, inbound funnels, lifecycle management and attribution models
  • Technical acumen to support integrations and enhancement across Martech stack, including but not limited to Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, Unbounce, Drift, and Gong
  • Ability to extract and interpret data from various sources
  • Strong independent project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years.
