Telecom Business Analyst - Austin, TX (ONSITE)
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years of telecom Business Analyst experience.
Proficiency in tools like MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence.
Strong telecom knowledge (CRM, billing, network management).
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree.
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, and Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMP, ScrumMaster).
